Visiting a church for the first time can be somewhat stressful simply because you don’t know what to expect. We hope to make you feel at ease by giving you an idea of what you'll experience when you visit ECF.
Each week we have a time of worship, communion, teaching (sermon), and classes for children & teens. Once a month we enjoy a time of fellowship & food we call "Meet & Greet" between the worship & teaching time.
Although we strive to make each week unique in some way our main goal for our time of corporate worship is to create an environment for believers to passionately and freely express their adoration of God. From quiet, humble reflection to intense, passionate praise, we are committed to worshipping in spirit and in truth. Our aim is to lead the body of believers in offering their praise to glorify the Lord and move all hearts to cry out to the One and Only Living God. The teaching is grounded in scripture and the mission is to lead people to Jesus creating the desire to live in and through Him seven days a week.
As for logistics . . .when you arrive at Rose Hill Junior High, make your way to the main entrance located in the middle of the school at the south end of the parking area. You should be warmly greeted by a member of our Welcome Team as you come through the main doors. After entering the building veer left to the Worship Center where you will find comfortable theater style seating. If you have children look for the signs (or ask a Greeter for assistance) to the Attended Nursery or the Children's Program where you can check them in right away. Your attire is your choice - you'll see it all here. We look forward to your visit!
