Pat Masters - Office Administrator

Though Pat's personality is low key and she prefers to maintain a low-profile, she plays an integral and essential part in many of ECF's happenings.  Her ability to coordinate, delegate, motivate and keep people accountable not to mention her organizational skills are God given gifts she uses to His glory on a daily basis, both in the office and in life.

Pat's weekly secretarial type responsibilities in the office are usually highlighted by meetings!  She loves to work with people and though she rarely wants the head spot on any planning committee, team or ministry, she is the glue that facilitates the workings of the various parts.   She is a "make-it-happen" kind of person and finds great joy in helping pull off events successfully from the planning & preparation to the clean-up at the end - she gets it done!  Her servant heart and the humble nature that characterize Pat are Christ-like qualities that make her an invaluable asset to the ECF staff.

Pat is married to Gary, who serves faithfully each Sunday with the Set-Up Team.  They have one daughter, Carly who is 12 years old.  She can usually be found working with the Set-Up team alongside her dad.
