Our History

Eastside Christian Fellowship officially began meeting in the Summer of 2001 at Audubon Elementary.  Several families committed time, energy and resources to organize and cast a vision for planting a church on the Eastside to promote Biblical teaching, freedom in Christ and teach salvation to those who do not know Jesus.  In November of 2001 they stepped out in faith and hired a full time Pastor/Preacher and part time Youth Pastor.  Many of the original families had known each other for years, which helped build strong community and produce a “critical mass” from day one.

The Fall of 2006 was a transitional time.  We moved to Rose Hill Junior High, and almost doubled in size by January of 2007 - an exciting time!

With our growth we have become a church of great diversity.  We remain unified by focusing on Jesus, loving God and loving our neighbors.  It's a great place to be and a great community to connect with!
